Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and usage-based charges for Pantokrator services sold by Pantokrator Foundry. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account (managed via Stripe) or by following the “Manage subscription” / “Cancel” actions shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not delete your account by itself unless stated at cancellation.
Monthly Plans
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable after the charge succeeds, because service is delivered for the full billing period. We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or other extraordinary cases at our discretion, typically as a credit or refund to the original payment method.
Annual Plans
If you choose an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial annual purchase, subject to account review and your actual use of the Services. After that window, annual fees are generally non-refundable except for billing errors or as required by law. Downgrades to a lower tier may take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated in-product.
Usage, Credits, and Add-Ons
Prepaid loop credits, overage charges, and add-on fees are consumed when the underlying service is used or reserved; such charges are usually non-refundable once incurred unless a charge was clearly erroneous.
How to Request a Review
Email support@pantokratorai.com from the email on your account and include: your account identifier, recent invoice or payment ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days; complex cases may take longer.
